Ninelimes is a one-man freelance design operation that specializes in producing websites for the third sector — voluntary and community organizations. I have taken on web design and programming projects formally and informally over the years, usually on a part-time basis, but I always work towards clear deadlines and make realistic assessments of what I can offer to my clients. My strength is in front-end graphic design and coding (XHTML, CSS, Javascript), so where projects demand more advanced programming skills (PHP, Perl, Java) I call on friends and colleagues who know what they're doing.
